PartsGo collects RFQ details so requests can be reviewed and answered.

RFQ submissions may include brand, part number, quantity, company, contact details, country, urgency, message, IP address, and user-agent data. This information is used to process requests, prevent spam, maintain records, and improve RFQ operations.

PartsGo may use Yandex Metrica to measure site usage, link interactions, page performance, and session behavior such as scroll activity or form interaction. This helps monitor technical quality and improve RFQ workflows.

PartsGo does not publish RFQ customer records on public pages. Administrative access is restricted by login.
